In a really close match, if someone says that they have spotted a light heading to your team's base to cap and goes after it that does not mean they are automatically going to save the day.

The score was 7-5, and it was me 1v1 at home against the capping Jenner. While I am sorry that I couldn't have killed that Jenner, there was really no excuse for my two surviving teammates to be fist-bumping each other everywhere BUT the enemy's base and then say "We thought you would do better" after losing to a capture.

Play with tactics in mind. It is fun. That loss could have been a real easy win if those two teammates played the game with the goal in mind.

Also, the correct grammar of the phrase: "You're an idjit" or "You're a idjit"?

"an" since the next word starts with a vowel sound.

That's what I said! :D And was met by a rather quick refutation by the horrid teammate.

Maybe they're weren't English native speakers?

Did the Jenner kill you or did he just cap? If you were in trouble against him you probably should have said something, although I understand that it can be hard in the heat of combat.

If he capped without killing you, then you failed to stand within the box to prevent the cap.

They seemed pretty determined to be the ones with the better grasp of the English language.

I stayed in the box. I ran him out of it. I got his CT armor stripped but he got my core first. I should have said something, but when I looked at the score and saw we had a 3-1 advantage, I made the mistake of assuming that my team was just going to go for the easy win. Instead they were circle strafing each other, shooting at slagged mechs.

**also, with us running in and out of the box, the BASE BEING CAPTURED warning must have been flashing on and off for those two. They were probably only about 1200-1500m from enemy base when I died.
