Hello, how can I give myself a picture and change other stats like my "Lone Wolf" status that are on the left when I initially start MWO?

Factions are not yet implemented in game, and you cannot set the portrait in the MWO client yet.
You can change your allegiance on the forums by going to the Faction Page.
