there was the wizkids model madcat II , i one . and another madcat that was a handheld game thats all grey. thinking about painting them.

Not at all. It's made by a now defunct company called Armorcast. The model stands about 12" tall. They made a Mad Dog / Vulture and an Atlas. I so wish I had the Atlas.
