Why is the Cicada getting it when none have it according to the Sarna site. While the AWS-9M isn't even though the AWS-9Ma had both the ECM and Command Console? Just curious

Fairly sure the 9Ma is a 'hero mech', and yes the cicada puzzles me too. I guess they where thinking it is a scout role mech rather than a killing mech (in theory) so give it ECM. In my experience, they're 5 ton heavier Jenners.

cicada is a big scout mech they also picked the bad one to give it to
having to regrind a new cicada is a pain put ECM is to good not to grind it
