I'm a bit confused aobut the cash shop.

For one, when starting out from zero, it's not possible to browse anything but mechs - I can not see any prices of anything unless I own a non-trial mech?

Will there be a catalog on the website? I am missing what the holiday cockpit items cost, other then a discussion about them being too expensive apparently... Also do you buy them for one mech only, or can you then put them in any future mech you might have?

There needs to be a cash shop page, at least explaining how things work, i.e. buy a mech, then you can add/swap or sell (?) stuff on it.

I think these things are important to know before commiting money. :)

you can only apply vanity items (paint, cockpit items, etc) to mechs you own. when you own a mech you will be able to access the camo spec system (which includes both paint and vanity items)

There absolutely should be a proper catalog of items and costs on the website, I think everyone will agree on that point.

I guess we could make a quick one?

Edit:

(Excuse the shoddy layouts. I don't usually do marketing materials where I work unless they get really short-handed. We have a different department for that)

Mech Cockpit Items:

You can transfer the item between your owned mechs. You can place your Santa Atlas in your Hunchback but you will need to remove it to place it onto another mech. You cannot buy 1 item and place it on all mechs simultaneously.

Standing - Usually placed in front of you or a little to the side. Usually visible. Some of them bobble but I suppose the dropship and the lump of coal doesn't. The Christmas tree lights flash and blink. (Click to see detailed images)

Hanging - Draped up atop your screen. (Click to see detailed image)

Mounted - Not usually visible. You will have to free look to the side to see them. (Click to see detailed images)

Click on the links above to see more detailed screenshots of the items (disclaimer - my PC sucks and resolution is only 1024x768 or 1280x720). Hope this helps.

As has been pointed out before, it's cheaper to buy real christmas lights to hang around your monitor.
