I guess you can't see the screenshosts posted in this thread. Because those clearly point out that there are critical flaws in MWO, and not even the mod who came to the game's defense could argue against them.

Now we're slowly, ever so slowly, getting some changes to the economy, so it's easier to make and maintain mechs. Do you honestly think the glacial pace would quicken if I wasn't running outright crusades for changes?

I've been referred to as a 'fixture' of the community, like I'm this force of nature you have to deal with. What about you?

My kitty litter box is also a fixture.

It gets kind of stinky. Sort of wafting pi ss smell if I leave it too long.

That's how fixtures work.
Much like dev teams and moderators themselves, you know.

I'm pretty sure they smell similar to a litter. I just wish their progress with making a decent game was on par with said stink.

You'd think the more stink the better the game due to lack of leaving their cages.

You need to air it, or it gets really bad. A properly aired environment is natural and healthy, while a boxed up one isn't.
Ergo, it's necessary to have active detractors who'll cut through whatever you're saying, to explain what you're really doing.

Creator blindness is very real.
I think we're all very pleased with the outcome of this gigantic thread, no matter how the conclusion was reached. All that matters is, we can tell our friends to play the game without adding 'but...!'

I wouldn't invite anyone I knew in real life to play this game purely because of the horrible forums, and the trollish people on it.

It's human nature - mud sticks and I simply wouldn't want to be associated with most of the more vocal characters on here, by anyone who knows me.

We really aren't at that stage though. The amount of "buts" I can come up with, I could make a booty house album.

I expect these kinds of responses from people who snake lore specific units and insignia.

Tell us moar.

I got four people to decide to try the game out when I broke the news.

Replace the womens¨' names with the names of the game's mechs, and you have this patch cycle.
