No information or permission was sought from the ARMD members who particpated in that match and we were never told that you were going to be using it in a promotional video, and on top of that, you expressly several times mentioned this was your first time 12v12 in training.
I ran that 12 man ARMD group. the way you explained the situation made us more so interested in trying new builds for the 12v12 enviroment rather then winning. we didnt want to just bring the OP'st mechs we had and smash you.
not to mention half of the players on my team were casual players and from your tactics and mechs, it was obvious that you guys had been working towards this objective without a doubt.
Your setup was 100% predefined before 12v12 was put out, and you were just looking for a bunch of players to do exactly this with, while stating "go easy on us its our first 12man drop."
dissapointing to see from DHB.
Dont put this crap up on there recruitment thread...

In response to the comments of Iverance in this instance - I would like to point out that the DHB team depicted was also a mix of pilots including 2 new recruits to the battalion, and their performance as a group is to be commended. I will also maintain that I would NEVER have suggested that anyone "take it easy" on my group of pilots, at any time. It is a principal of our training that we learn best from our defeats and infact strive to regularly scrim opponents who can beat us on the battlefield. I do not appreciate the slander in our recruitment thread.
And as for 100% predefined... I am extremely proud to say that it wasn't. This indeed was our first 12 v 12 drop, with several fundamental changes from how we have done 8v8 previously. It was handed to the men with little prior breifing, and they ran with it with the professionalism I have came to expect.
We will take a compliment regarding our tactics and mechs, especially given that the pilots were given free reign on what to take.
And as for disappointing? Any loss can be disapointing if you wish to take it that way, but having to defend myself and my guys in a public forum is outright appalling.

Firstly, Bump.
Secondly, Iverance, I've reviewed the video and I'm sorry to say you're just flat out wrong, sir.
I will not go into detail, as I agree with everything Mista Whizzard has said in his reply to you.
Death's Hand Brigade as a whole, to include the Oceanic 4th Battalion of the Merc. Corp., always strives to act in accordance with the code of conduct I have laid down when I founded this unit. The pilots who participated in the drop depicted in the video followed that code of conduct with sterling excellence and I am frankly at a loss as to why you are expressing this here in the recruitment thread rather than via P.M. The DHB pilots, Mista Whizzard in particular, are to be commended for running an excellent drop against you, to include offering up good lucks before, and good games after the match, and providing a strong level of competition against your forces. I'm sorry you weren't able to prevail but as the old saying goes: You can't win 'em all.
If you want the video of the loss taken down because you or your pilots don't consent to being shown, that's understandable and as Mista Whizzard stated the video has been removed from the opening post per your request. However, in the future I would appreciate a little more decorum exercised on your part in matters such as these, rather than trying to raise a stink in a public forum. Consider that a personal request from me, to you and the rest of the command staff of ARMD and forward that request to them from me if you would be so kind.
If you wish to speak to being disappointed, I would look no further than your handling of this particular exchange, and hope that you have learned how not to conduct yourself regarding things of this nature in the future.
Thank you, and I look forwards to the next time we cross paths in game.
<S> with respect,
-Colonel Andrew "Havoc" Davis
