The increased communications coming from the command chair forum have been particularly nice, but the input coming from leads in individual threads has also been wonderful.
Keep it up, we all appreciate it!!!

in fact I think I would be much happier overall if I just stuck to reading the Command Chair forums and not the endless... well you know... in the General forum.

It's amazing what a little communication can do. Despite what we typically see on the forums, most people are pretty reasonable. Just telling them what's going on will head off most arguments. Heck, most of the time people will even go along with something they don't agree with, so long as they know what went into making that decision.
Last week, I was starting to give up hope. This week, I've seen an absolute turnaround and it's a fantastic thing.

The thing is that they're not making your game, they're making our game.
Sure there are going to be things we may not like, but we have to realize that compromises have to be made on some things in order to give us a product that is both enjoyable and sustainable. What good is MWO doing anyone if it ends up going broke a year after release?
The way this has to work is that they try to give us a reasonable experience, and we try to give them our respect and even our money if we choose to do so. Personally, I don't like the idea of a third person option (just like I haven't liked some other balance decisions), but I understand why they might do those things. It's the cost of making a product like this.
Either way, we should try to be fair, and being positive for PGI's successes is part of that and what we're trying to do here.
