Is The Patcher Peer To Peer?

The college that I'm at has some pretty dumb rules regarding P2P programs (namely, any peer to peer connection at all gets you banned). I personally got kicked for playing Dungeon Fighter Online, and numerous WoW players have raged because their patcher uses P2P. Does the MWO patcher use this too?

No. At this point in time It's a direct download from the patcher Server.
