Just a question. Does anyone know if it will be possible to fit multiple ECM suites to a single mech? The reason I ask is this would help certain boats overcome jamming of other mechs. I would gladly drop a Mlas off of my Raven to fit two ECMs if it meant I could either jam and counterjam at the same time, or if I could run two full jamming suits to negate another scout's counter ECM.
Any thoughts?

ECM will likely be tied to a hardpoint. So I doubt you can have multiple.

BAP Doesn't seem to be tied to a hard point, and it's along the same system subset. I haven't attempted to fit multiple to a single mech because I've been told they will not stack in effectiveness, which makes sense. But having a 'denser' blanket of ECM scrambling is at least logical.

But the BAP can be fit to all Mechs. ECM won't be so hardpoints make sense.

It will either have a hardpoint or it will simply be limited by crit space. Currently, it needs 2 slots, but it can only be place in the head.

Well that would make sense, hopefully. We'll see on Tuesday I suppose. I was really hoping to have some crazy advanced ECM or some such that wasn't Angel. I'd gladly drop DPS for more Intel value.
Edit : Ahaa I didn't know it could only be fit to head slots. That makes much more sense now. Thanks.

JJS can't be fit on all mechs, and not even all variants of mechs that they can, yet don't have hardpoints.

There aren't 2 open spots in the head.
