OK, I can understand the capping off the light mechs at 300s(net code issues and all). But limiting the Raven to a 245 in one mech and a 295 in another and it sucks... At least give us the 300 if not unlock the whole engine list. :/

No.
Ravens are not meant to be a speed-skirmisher. They are a utility scout.

Yup I know they are. But I should still be able to drop a bunch of stuff to throw in a big engine... Its what makes Mechwarrior great!

You want unlimited engines, sure give my hunchback his unlimited engine
I want to be running at 140 in my 375 xl again, toting 9 small lasers with double heatsinks too.
Its sad to see the Raven in the shape it is in, its really not that good of a mech, it has a big torso and not very agile. When my team brings a raven I cringe because the enemy team is probably bringing a jenner.

So you're an Elite Founder with a year old account but you missed the month of posts about the engine systems?

Hmmm... I grudgingly admit that some restrictions are of good use. I was under the the impression that the engine problem was net code based and that it was going to be based off of the mech weight(ie no one gets to go faster then 140 cuzz it lags out). But the Raven should be able to put in a 300 just like my Jenner. Hell as I said one Raven can fit a 295 and its the 2L E-warfare one o.O but the Raven with jump can't get more then a 245?? :/
