Its 2012 and mechlab still gives us minimal information on weapons and mechs. This makes it hard to make very informed tactical decisions on what weapons to mount and which mechs to buy.

Weapons:
Should come with damage, heat, DPS etc so that we know if it is worth buying or whether it works for the build we trying to put together.

Mechs:
Should come with comprehensive hardpoints and slots information in the purchase screen so that we know if a mech is capable of mounting the kind of weapons we want it to before buying (case in point... Cataphract-4X comes with 4 ballistic hardpoints. Without slots information, I would assume I could put 4 gauss rifles in there but its really not the case as the slots won't be enough).
