In Frozen City Night, launching on low settings causes the night sky to be red/green/blue

Steps to Reproduce
1. Boot the game.
2. Login to the game.
3. Launch a match.
4. Observe skies.

None Known. (Niko says, No....ComStar isn't fiddling with planetary magnetic fields.)
