Soooooo what's going to happen when the Fire Moth goes 162KpK with bursts up to 216 KpH using M.A.S.C.! Then adds speed tweak? :)

Basically, the game will be unable to keep up, and the game will begin to implode and the server which is the base for the match where this occurs will become the centre of an event horizon and we will all be sucked into a black hole. And because of weird wibbly-wobbly-timey-wimey stuff around event horizons we'll all die of old age in 10 seconds and now I've gone cross-eyed...

Or that mech will give PGI a reason to speed up netcode reworking.

I definitely want to get my hands on a Fire Moth Alt.D. Speed will be my armor, 5 Clan ER Medium Lasers as my weapons.

I think the fastest mech in canon is a Ji-Had era Locust, which we'll never see, at over 300KPH with MASC.

Only missing a supercharger to go ludicrous speed.

And you still have enough BV to upgrade the pilot stats, meaning no one can make the rolls required to-hit, and you can hit EVERYTHING!

If you want power in this game, go Jenner. Fastest speeds, and due to this games, well... *looks around* .... um... pathetic.... netcode, you're pretty much in-freaking vincible. You'll have Mechs 2-3x your tonnage firing weapons that would decimate you in an alpha strike or 2 just fire and fire away, all the while hitting you on their screen, but never registering to the game. While, like in most games that have these problems, your shots should register just fine on larger slower Mechs.

Like using 1 JJ to get the power of more, it's a bug that they're not going to fix anytime soon, so live it up while you can.

You are indeed correct. Don't know why this myth that the Jenner is faster persists when it's so easily verifiable that the Commando is the fastest.

Because the Commando's too weak to have any significance. 0.4 kph. Big deal.

Obviously, it's the Urbanmech. He only LOOKS slow. But in truth be has zombie speed, and ninja stealth. Take your eyes off of Urbie for just one second, and he'll get you, no matter the distance, no matter how fast you THINK you are.

UrbanMech can't be stopped. Oh well, whatever, wherever you are.

Actually, you likely haven't worked on a Commando lately.

Max engine available is 210 (1.4*150), despite everything of old saying it should be a 215.

Same goes for Raven 3L, capped at 295 (1.4*210=294)

They dropped Lights from 1.6 to 1.4

Yup, the Jenner can have the 300 and should go 150+154 km/h
