I put it on my hunchies and I really don't notice a differnce.anyone useing it? is it a place holder?

I noticed it is most effective when paired with the Sensor module and you have a high vantage point of the enemy. You can see everything.

Yes, BAP does work. Bear in mind the bonus is +25% range and +25% faster target information (the enemy mech's loadout and current armor)
