Right now It dose not seem anything is being done about team killers. I mean the last 3 days there has been a guy running around with the most obvious name team killing people that is all he dose. He dose not do anything else when the match starts he shoots teammates. The only way he stops is if someone kills him. He has ruined several games I have been in by being on my team or the other. I know several people have reported him, there is also probably allot I do not know about that has reported him. Someone team killing to the amount he is should take less then a hour to get them band and removed much less days. This is 1 player that probably messed up 1,000's of matchs yesterday because he can just fly through them because he dies in the first 2 min because his team will end up killing him after he has killed a few of them. Of course this means that team losses the game without a real chance at all.

Report them @ Support@MWOMercs.com and let the mods handle it.

Stop Hazing and Start Raising...

The team killing and damaging penalties need to go up considerably.
I say this as person who has at least 6 accidental team kills on my record. :(
Perhaps they should flag the player and then increase the penalties for know purposeful team damagers/killers.

They really need to add an in-game reporting feature. You should not have to go to the forums and take screenshots to report this kind of behavior...

Report them. They have just posted an outline giving limited details about how they will be using the report data

It seems they have only just now decided that should start banning people (Notorious bot scripter Kevin Anchor has recently reappeared on the forum as Kevin Anchor 2), hopefully we will see many more problem players recievig their just desserts and many fewer abusive players now that there are actual consequences to be faced.

He has a new account now with IiiIiI (letter i's, L's, mix of both?) at the end of his name. Oh and the great part is his name doesn't appear on the list of members.

Don't know how he did it. But he did.

That is PGI not banning everyone on the first offence of a little whining player. I think they have a 3 strikes and your out kind of thing depending on the "crime" and its severity.

Investigations take time and considering how many other tickets they are dealing with, both legitimate bugs and people crying wolf, it is not unreasonable for them to take some time to implement a disciplinary action. We shouldn't even be having this problem but sadly the "human condition" says it is ok to be dumb.

well in the case of our recent infamous botters with 1000s of reports each it shouldn't have taken them days to bannate them.

The way I see it if they know an individual is a botter then the amount of time it takes them to remove the account is not a huge deal. Let that individual waste energy doing that (Or letting the computer do it while they are at work). I hope that the support team is spending more time reading legitimate bug tickets rather than reading the "1000's" of tickets saying "Waaah this person is a botter" "Wahh this person is a team killer". Get my drift?

Pointless

Bans mean nothing to free account griefers.

Well, World of Tanks forces you to pay for the repair costs of friendlies damaged. That seems like a game element that would be very useful here along with the reporting feature.
