What's up with calling 'inferior' mech builds, weapons, etc, "Cheese or Cheesy" ?? Cheese is one of the greatest foods of all time ! Not many things are better than a chunk of sharp cheddar to nibble on while killin' stuff in game ! Just my opinion......

Inferior?
Generally, Cheese is used to refer to a tactic, strategy or loadout that has a far greater reward than the skill required to use it.
Not exactly inferior, Cheese is often hated for being better than competing tactics despite requiring less skill to pull off.

Sorta silly, but I can understand. Our Egos require an excuse when we fail to be the god we think we are! Thankfully I don't have any illusions of my mere adequacy.

Its the term used when people can use OP or skill less weapon/tatics to fake been good at a game with out having to learn to play the game.
I best case you can make in MWO of a cheese build is the SSRM 2/SRM 6 cat builds that are running rampant and one could add the dual Gauss cats but oddly there all most never seen now.
When such weapons or tatics are fixed/balanced most of the cheese build players move on to the next weapon/tatic or quit after whining on the forum since they are not willing to learn to play.
In other games take WOT its Arty that are the cheese weapons and due to not been fixed the effect on the game is massive numbers of Arty destroying the high end play since no one wants to fight such powerfull cheese weapons.
PS2 its fighters with rocket pods due to how powerfull they are and lack of any real counters.
Every game has cheese weapons/builds/skills/tatic's most of the time there fixed and the people change to the next cheese weapon/build/skill/tatic we will see what happens in MWO.

Are you by chance from Wisconsin?
France?
Nothing like rotten milk to start your day, right?
(Actually I'm a fan of good cheeses. Especially on a ******* with sweet onion, maybe a little horseradish or herring).
~edit~ the missing word was 'c-r-a-c-k-e-r'.

And yet bad players still manage to perform horribly in them.
Funny how that works isn't it?
