[Bug] Elite Unlock Speed Tweak

CPLT-A1, XL280 Engine

Max speed before Speed Tweak -> 69,8KPH
Max speed after Speed Tweak -> 75KPH

According to my calculations, adding 10% out of 69,8 to 69,8 is 76,78 so why is my speed only 75KPH?

Because the perk system is mostly broken. You only get 7.5% bonus instead of 10. Also the 2x basic bonuses didn't work, and i strongly doubt they have fixed it yet...

Okay, I just unlocked the speed tweak. I see people are aware of the problem, hopefully the devs have a fix in the works for it.
