Purchasing Of Empty Chassis

I think it might be cool to be able to purchase empty or stripped down chassis of the various mechs.

That would be cool for those who have a lot of 'spare parts' in the inventory.

I agree. It would also allow you to purchase the chassis faster because of the price reduction.

I like this. No need to spend cbills on an engine that you're not going to use anyway, for example.

+1 from me too. There's a few mechs that I want for the hardpoints, but I don't want any of the weapons they have.
