I wanted to reiterate what Secundus said in a previous post:

I wish when groups or teams (or whatever they are called), are in your PUG, that one of them will say something to the team, like, "we are a 4 man, and we're going left" or something similar, so the rest of us can follow along if we want.

I know it may get annoying because a lot of times PUGs ignore you and run off and do their own thing. But people like me are always hoping someone will say something that resembles a "plan".

I really suck at this game, so I can't "take charge", but I wish you pros would say something, or mark a point on the map, or anything to get those of us who wanna be a "team player" a chance.
my Kill/Death is 82/324
I am slowly getting better, and continue to practice everyday.

I love the game, but only play PUGs - not necessarily because I want to, I'm just not very computer savvy and don't fully understand how the teams and grouping work, nor Teamspeak, nor do any of my real life friends play ;)

So Veterans, give a shout out to us newbies when you are playing in a PUG! :D

I understand what you are asking for Cool. The problem is that many times when a team does give, "We are going to D4, " We arrive at D4 and the PUGs have gone over the hill, around the corner, into the enemies LoS, or attempted to cap Lone Wolf!

I totally agree, im in sort of the same boat... I mean, I HOPE my K/D isnt that bad, but it very well may be. The elitism of the premades is very frustrating. At the same time, though, i feel like everyone should do their part at least somewhat to talk to each other and make a plan, premade and pug alike. If you try, you might succeed. If you dont try, you are guaranteed not to.

Usually there are 3 groups of players in a team

1) the scouts that run ahead to track enemy movement
2) the brawlers who run behind the scouts to intercept the enemy
3) the base guarders/long range support mechs who sit back

These are the typical roles.
