Will there be a Gravity variable for different planets? i.e. jumpjets jump higher, and you descend slower when falling. this might seem like a minor detail, but it can have a huge impact on strategy.

If you assume that most planets with a sizable community of humans will be close to Terra gravity (otherwise we wouldn't adapt to well) then I doubt we should expect very noticable changes. Nobody is going to live on a 2G world.

Still, a few missions where you are protecting a large dropship or jumpship by walking your 'Mech around on the ship's hull would be kinda cool.
