I think it would be nice if we could save the loudouts for each mech that way if we have 2 or 3 different loadouts for one mech (or 7-8 per mech class) this way we can just select the saved loadout and have it auto equip all the items in that loadout.

This way if you have all the items in your inventory you can just select the load out you want and click save and you're done. If you don't have all the items then it can pop up the prompt saying you'll have to buy some items and once you click ok then it equips everything and gives the total it will cost to buy the missing items.

Just a thought as I know I have 2 different K2 setups I switch between and I don't see why I should have 2 of them with slightly different setups in my mechlab.

I agree it should be done, but I'd rank this super low on the priority list. The way they have things set up, it actually might be tricky to implement. What if one loadout uses single heatsinks and the other uses double? What happens when you're missing a bunch of the parts? All the problems could be sorted out, but they'd have to do a decent chunk of work to make it functional.

Yes this is an obvious need. Noone wants to wait while we swap out our mech loadout, between matches, and when testing multiple configs we need to be able to rapidly swap between them. I have had to purchase 2 of the same variant because I liked both builds so much and needed them to be available without reconstructive surgery.

What's wrong with purchasing multiples of the same variant? Then you don't run into the problems with missing gear or magical free changes between the various upgrade/downgrad options. It also supports the game if you buy another bay to load up a second variant.

The problem is that most people are supporting the game by buying over priced paint jobs right now or buying hero mechs as i have done.

Not to mention that i have 6 mech slots (meaning i had to buy 2) so why should i have to have two K2's when i already have a C1, A1 and one K2 along with 3 Centurians. Why not allow me to be able to switch my K2 setup from PPC to Large Lasers when i feel like without having to stop to find the parts and remember what I had in the full setup.

It's something simple that can be added into the game, albeit at a later time when more important glitches have been resolved, but something that pretty much every player will like and use. This still wont stop people from having more then 4 mechs as you have to have 3 of each varient in order to progress from basic to elite and then master. So I really don't see this hurting their profit margin especially with how outrageously priced paint schemes are right now.

IMO, it would be better to reserve this capability for OmniMechs (IS models should be available as early as 3052, with the Raptor), as their ability to do this while standard BattleMechs cannot is both the reason OmniMechs exist in the first place as well as the primary distinguishing characteristic of OmniMechs.
(Of course, they should pay for the capability via the BT canon restrictions: "An OmniMech's structural components: its engine, internal structure, armor and any equipment installed on the base chassis of OmniMech are 'hard-wired' and cannot be modified outside of a total redesign of the 'Mech. While customization of these components is theoretically possible in the field, it is avoided as it hard-wires all the 'Mechs components and effectively transforms it from a OmniMech into a standard BattleMech.")
