Convergence has made some weapons almost unplayable. Mainly weapons that you have to lead the target. Since this is a game where precision aiming trumps brute force (most of the time), this is unacceptable.
Solution: Add a hotkey that toggles your weapon convergence to the mech you have targeted.
This would make the chore of leading targets much easier. If you want to snipe at a target that isn't within range of your sensors, you can just turn it off, or have a default setting where it automatically adjusts if you don't have a mech targeted.

I ping 270ms, and that's about an average ping from Australia to the US servers.
To hit a mech, we need to anticipate it, target ahead of where it is on screen. Convergence really stuffs this up. Add to that you get drift from lateral motion, and using ballistics, especially arm ballistics is nightmarish. Excellent Gun Fu is a necessity.
What we really need is boresighting for ballistics.
