How about having an Arial Live Cam for non players to watch matches going on live. It might bring more people into the fold. I know matches don't generally last long, but it could be ported from match to match. Something high enough to see all the action.

There are other games that have this feature. Surely they won't be like Apple and sue you over something as common as that. I understand the window will be retangular and all, but still.

The only problem I see with this is what is to keep a team from having someone in their teamspeak channel observing the game and calling out enemy locations, or some one with two computers side by side from using that as a way to have a satellite view in all his matches

I mean unless they have a way of forcing a 20 second lag on the observers it's just not viable

This should enabled for replays (think YouTube commentators) only.

The chances of the cam being in the same game they are trying to spot on would be extremely slim. It would be a random match. The amount of games going on at any single moment are quite a bit.

Pretty much this. I would like to see an observer mode though once (if) we get an in-game lobby.
