1. Add a Madcat.
2. Add a Timber wolf.
3. Add random spawns to PUG matches.
3. Announce that any player dying to either mech 1,000 times gets the mech and Clan Tech unlocked.
The death toll will be in the millions.

There is literally no way possible for them to have a clan invasion in the game when it should happen; that's why people have suggested rolling back the timeline a year (making right now 3048) to give them the time to do so.
Then the developers may decided to push it back until its done? Big whoop. I'm saying that too many people want this and that right now, for their instant gratification needs, like children.
Games take time also to develop and if they do push the fictional timeline of MWO back, then they'll do it. And people will groan about it, but eventually get over it until the game is more or less complete. The developers are human after all.

Hmm, very true.
But at this point, this project has seen more delays and the like than any I've attatched myself too... save for DNF. And we all saw how well THAT went.

Sorry, but you're sounding a bit drunk on the cool-aid, my shining knight.
People were expecting what PGI told them was going to be the case. Nothing more, nothing less.
The fact that PGI over-committed and are unable to produce a working product on that schedule is not their customers' fault. At all.
And again, this thread is talking about something that is a solution to this problem; rolling back the timeline a year.
But you had to jump in with the typical braindead response anyway.
