If the user clicks PLAY on the patcher, while still finishing patching, they will be able to click PATCHING button and launch in a match before its finished. The user should not be able to launch before the game is done patching.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Boot the game.
2. Login to the game.
3. Launch a match while patching/
4. Observe graphical issues.

Notes
This causes the version to have corrupted game elements
