I think Sears posted that vid in the Trial by Fire thread (the final at least), which I was in the process of watching lol. I'll be putting links/embeds in my post on our forums at some point, so it's cool that you got them recorded.

Ah cool. I tried to invite you tonight but you logged off I think. Hopefully people aren't forgetting about the chat already in game, as I use that primarily to try and catch people, especially if the group is full or if the person is already in a group.

And thanks, the tournament was pretty fun; definitely looking forward to more, and maybe even getting in a league at some point.

I started playing with these guys not long ago. They are high on skill and low on attitude (in its negative connotation). If you're looking for a mature, skilled group of people to join, Horizon is definetely worth checking out.

I've edited the first post to provide a little more info about us. With that said, we're still looking for skilled players to help grow our roster and be better prepared for CW, leagues, tournaments, etc.

Our atmosphere is mostly laid back, but we do play to win as that typically tends to be the most fun. Feel free to message any Horizon you've seen in this thread and if they can't directly answer your question(s), they should be able to direct you to someone that can.

I've been playing with Horizon a lot lately. I enjoy it more than the playing with random people on the large pubstomp voice servers as the skill level is much higher. Highly competitive but laid back is how I'd describe them. Some groups I've played with are overly controlled and have a Drop Commander (DC) micromanaging everything. Horizon isn't like that; they trust their players to make the good decisions without being told what to do constantly. Coming from a competitive Quake back ground I'm fitting in well.

Eights have been a bit hit-or-miss recently for some reason. Hopefully we'll be able to pick up a few more and get playing competitively on a more consistent basis.

Thanks, and thanks again for all the help before. We've been a bit busy lately and haven't had enough on for 8s all that often in the last month or so. Admittedly with how compartmentalized the game currently is, it's a bit hard to get recruitment going without a more persistent environment (or Unit tags in matches, etc) or without having already gotten the snowball rolling, so to speak.

We're still sticking to our ideals, though, and are still looking for skilled players interested in playing MWO in a competitive manner. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link.

Still looking for quality pilots geared towards competitive play. We're hoping to join the RHOD league for Season 2 as well as the second Trial By Fire tournament when they start up.

More Light and Assault pilots are needed, but as always anyone of skill is welcome.
