Just putting this out there will we know which mechs will be in each house? Will there be house spacific mechs or all the same? And also will they tell us before we enter the house? If the question is already answered just post the link.

Everyone can access every mech. The difference is in prices.

Even if they do not officially publish how much each mech costs from each house, I'm sure a forum post or a user-run wiki will provide the exact costs per mech per house, once we've got the numbers

thank you for answering and also i got a quick question is there a pilot "tree" and a mech tree? and if so are they posted somewhere or are they just rumors?

The Devlogs cover this, there are separate trees for the pilot and each mech. Actual skills haven't been announced, though there were examples that are not confirmed for being in the game.
