I run one and do fairly well with it. I have more damage output than the ac20 but that's probably mplay style. I play a more scout/sniper role with mine, do about 300-600 damage.
Gauss
2x med. Lasers (arms)
Bap
308 standard armor
Endo frame
Ammo in legs and left arm. (3 tons)
Standard motor

I put a gauss on my 4H, so I imagine it would work for the 4G.
Standard 200 engine, ES. Gauss in RT, 3 tons ammo in legs. Med lasers in arms and head. The rest is up to you, you should have plenty of tonnage free. You can save another ton or so by dropping the leg armour down to 24.

Yes. I run mine with Gauss rifle + 3T ammo, 2x LL, 1x SL, DHS, ES, XL engine. Great fit, atleast for me.
