If a group leader quits, and a new player becomes the group leader, they will not be able to add friends from the group list( only REMOVE FROM GROUP button will appear). Notice, regular group members are able to do so.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Boot the game.
2. Login to the game.
3. Join a group.
4. Leader quits group.
5. Become leader.
6. Observe Add Friends does not work.

Workarounds
Start a New Group fresh.
