Armor Repair Costs Displayed As 0

If you choose to repair your 'Mech from the bay, it displays an armor repair cost. If you go to the loadout screen and select individual sections to repair, each one displays 0 cost as though the repairs were free, but it does deduct from your account.

Mostly cosmetic, but in case that little tidbit got through QA, now you know.
