Confirming that it is impossible to put regular srms on an A1.

Not only it makes target acquisition more difficult, it also forces players to think more about advancing and actually about using MORE different vision modes (atm mostly heat vision) than before. It helps now greatly with seeking the enemy, since you cannot trust your targetting computer 100% anymore, so back to the good old eyeballs & heat vision. Truly great addition.

ECM is great, matches now require team work, even more so if you want to run LRM's, and with it, we have returned to close range brawls.

or even better run 2 srm 6 4 ssrm 2s. you can hurt mechs with ecm with the 6s, while being able to hit much harder on non-ecm mechs with both the 6s and ssrm 2s.
