Banner Cockpit items appear lower resolution than others.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Boot the game.
2. Login to the game.
3. Equip a banner.
4. Observe Banner texture in Mech.

Notes
Marik is less affected than other banners.

Workarounds
None Known. (Niko says Smash -all- the looms!)
