Misleading purchase info on Catapult A1 gets missile boaters unnecessarily excited.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Boot the game.
2. Login to the game.
3. Select to purchase a Catapult A1
4. Observe number of LRM-15s is 6.

Notes
Visual bug only, the Mech comes with 2 LRM-15
