I have the cd to the game where do i go to get all the updates for it

If you're talking about Mechwarrior 4, you're better off downloading the game though MekTek to get the 40 or some mechs they added themselves. The old Mechwarrior 4 CD's do not work with the MekTek version. This is also the only way to play online.
(I'll laugh if someone mentions GamesRanger.)
