That may be acceptable.

I disagree I dont want id iots to be the future of the game, I want them to go back to TF2 or cod.

Id iots are bad enough in the present i don't want them in the future too :/

Personally I think an Atlas should be able to rip the armor off a friendly and patch themselves with it.

New players are not necessarily idiots.
They are new to mechwarrior/battletech and do not know the history of the game and there is a lot of it.
