Never had something like this.
Are you hitting? Is the crosshair flashing red whenever you hit the target? Was he moving?
Leading shots due to lag can be a pain, especially if you're using ballistic/missile weapons or a PPC. Target's hitbox is a bit off when moving, i.e. with a ping of around 100, to hit an Atlas in the CT which is looking directly at me but is moving perpendicular to me with a laser I have to aim at his side torso to hit.

Yes I was hittng. Giant flash, mech rocks back. Pilot reacts to the hit. It is frustating as hell to have so many bugs in a game I've spent money to play.
Really beginning to regret it.

Same thing is happening to me at times. In a match not 10minutes agoit took 12 rounds of Gauss to penetrate a stationary Hunchbacks RT. Saw the rounds connecting, paper doll flashes...no change in damage. Dude literally was standing still LRMing and not paying attention.
Not to mention in the same game had an ECMed raven running 3-400ms lag and was un-hittable. Dude was warping/rubber banding everywhere. I think I am gonna fire up Netflix on my ipad, so I lag, and buy me an ECMed Raven and just lulz that **** around.
The hit detection and Net code are without a doubt the worst things about this game. Everything else is sweet.
