GTS450 (overclocked somewhat)
Phenom II x4 995 Black
4GB Corsair
1TB (4x 250gb RAID)
I think that's formidable enough. Turtle Beaches make for some nice surround sound.

Oh. He's talking about if the game will have the ability to utilize Dolby 7.1 and all of the other do-dads that modern rigs can have. I hear it's got stereoscopic 3D, so it MUST be good!
All joking aside, I'll answer the OP: Most likely, all of your stuff will work, if your hardware can run the game in the first place

The devs mentioned multi-monitor and 3d support, I doubt they wouldn't have 7.1 audio and CryEngine 3 supports multiple peripherals so you can hold a joystick in each hand and sit on the third if you like
Also, they mentioned headtracking support which I really hope for. I'm a 3 monitor HOTAS + head tracking user myself so I'm excited!

Much more likely the PC standard of Freetrack and Track IR.
Maybe someone has written an app to connect Kinect to Freetrack. You can also check out FaceTrackNoIR it works via Freetrack and requires nothing but a decent webcam. It worked decently for me but using the LED Track Clip worked much better.

Joystick support is confirmed, so force feedback seems likely.

I would count on it in this case. Also, eyefinity (and I'm sure nVidia's version of it) don't necessarily require "support" and should be very easy to implement. Very few games I've played in the last year had problems working on 3x1920x1080

That said: Cutting edge is always less supported than mainstream because it impacts such a small percent of the user base.
I expect my current system will demolish it, just like any other game coming out anytime soon.

Couple months ago I built my new rig ( i7-2600k @ 4.6GHz, ATI 7970 3GB, 16GB 2133Mhz RAM and a whole bunch of other killer pc parts ) and was able to absolutely destroy it on even the highest settings. I was very excited when they announced last year that MWO would be using the cryENGINE 3 and even more excited when I built this machine and saw how well it preformed!
I built the new rig as my old one was just too aged, but the fact that MWO was coming out soon and using the new cryENGINE didn't hurt either

a 2.X GHz X2 on Vista 32-bit, 3 gb ram and a GTX4XX card should be able to run MWO easily. Especially if they are hoping moar people will play.
