I see a few Gaming rigs pods what ever I got one of my own I'm starting to worry if these home configurations will not run MWO. A few things I'm looking at Multi screen support Large USB controller support and force feedback support. Oh yeah can't for get the Dolby digital 7.1 support either. I guess we'll know soon enough But It's going to suck if the game doesn't run on the higher end setups.

I'm going to start by saying I am really confused and don't understand most of your post. That being said, if you're just worried that high-end gaming hardware won't play this game I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Hm. CryEngine has a history of being well down-scalable for lower end rigs. It's not that pretty, but it gets the job done just fine, usually. I hope my rig can run it!

GTS450 (overclocked somewhat)
Phenom II x4 995 Black
4GB Corsair
1TB (4x 250gb RAID)

I think that's formidable enough. Turtle Beaches make for some nice surround sound.

Oh. He's talking about if the game will have the ability to utilize Dolby 7.1 and all of the other do-dads that modern rigs can have. I hear it's got stereoscopic 3D, so it MUST be good!
All joking aside, I'll answer the OP: Most likely, all of your stuff will work, if your hardware can run the game in the first place

there's a point I guess though there is no specs out on the game yet and some have dumped a lot of money in there systems I saw some wicked looking rigs in some other threads will the game actually run on those configs.

The devs mentioned multi-monitor and 3d support, I doubt they wouldn't have 7.1 audio and CryEngine 3 supports multiple peripherals so you can hold a joystick in each hand and sit on the third if you like  hehe

Also, they mentioned headtracking support which I really hope for. I'm a 3 monitor HOTAS + head tracking user myself so I'm excited!

you'll be fine. if you have any issues just report them on the forums and the devs can help you fix the problem.

Much more likely the PC standard of Freetrack and Track IR.

Maybe someone has written an app to connect Kinect to Freetrack. You can also check out FaceTrackNoIR it works via Freetrack and requires nothing but a decent webcam. It worked decently for me but using the LED Track Clip worked much better.

I hope I can run it on max:

Sandy Bridge I7 3.2Ghz
8GB RAM
GTX570

We'll see I guess...

I wouldn't count on multi-monitor support; very few games have that.

Joystick support is confirmed, so force feedback seems likely.

The only way to play this game is with a superclocked P-4 Prescott @ 5ghz with a 3DFX Voodoo for graphics. Why this strange setup? Because obviously the best way to handle MWO will be to swap out it's internal engine with APIs out of Mechwarrior 1, which has the best outputs for motion simulation outside of the military. We can then use old vehicles mounted on hydraulic articulation arms to create modern day mecha, which will then hold hands and skip off into the sunset.

I would count on it in this case. Also, eyefinity (and I'm sure nVidia's version of it) don't necessarily require "support" and should be very easy to implement. Very few games I've played in the last year had problems working on 3x1920x1080

I don't have enough desk real-estate for 3 monitors, my single 30" monitor does me well enough.

That said: Cutting edge is always less supported than mainstream because it impacts such a small percent of the user base.

I expect my current system will demolish it, just like any other game coming out anytime soon.

I suppose if you're worried about your pc's performance with MWO a good place to get started would be with Crysis 2 plus the direct x 11 and high res texture pack. I know personally, my old pc that ( phenom II x3, ati 4879 1GB, 6 GB RAM, on board sound ) I was able to play at relatively low settings but it ran good enough where I was able to at least play the game through.

Couple months ago I built my new rig ( i7-2600k @ 4.6GHz, ATI 7970 3GB, 16GB 2133Mhz RAM and a whole bunch of other killer pc parts ) and was able to absolutely destroy it on even the highest settings. I was very excited when they announced last year that MWO would be using the cryENGINE 3 and even more excited when I built this machine and saw how well it preformed!

I built the new rig as my old one was just too aged, but the fact that MWO was coming out soon and using the new cryENGINE didn't hurt either

this needs to be in the hardware section of the threads.

a 2.X GHz X2 on Vista 32-bit, 3 gb ram and a GTX4XX card should be able to run MWO easily. Especially if they are hoping moar people will play.
