there isnt a way to see friendly weapons yet all u can do is push Q to get the overall health and name of friendly mechs.

No, because for one unholy of a reason, we can't do something as simple as Target Friendly Mech

Yeah... Get blown up and then you can ride shotgun and see all the stuff they have.
