Codejack, I watched a Raven take out an atlas from 80% armour, AND kill 2 cataphracts and a dragon that where hurting.

I won't deny the raven pilot was good, but I gaurentee you that without his ECM, his lagshield and the lack of collisions that raven would have died horribly.

the big LOL is that the A1 finally got stonewalled by ECM, and now that ECM has pretty much obliterated LRM/SSRMs lights are pretty much unstoppable.

My nightmare was having the commando 2-D and 2 ravens jumped me, both disrupting, and thus my 3 ssrms where useless and I got to plink away with 1 medium laser at the 2 ravens...

Meanwhile my entire 7 men are shooting these 2 ravens doing 136 kph, and at the end of the match, niether raven had died.

oh yeah, this patch did wonders for balance.
