Blackscreen After Startup

When I press play on the patcher for MWO It shows the Game logo but after that the window stays black. What should I do?

Try hitting the spacebar several times. It should get you to the login screen. If not, please come back here or send a mail to support@mwomercs.com.

it doesn work for me, its just a black screen but i hear the sound being played.
