I recharged my MC once with a $100 bill during the recent sale, but nearly all of that went to mech bays and premium time. out of my 44 mechs I only bought 5 with MC including the Wang and ILYA. the rest were all ground paid with ground out Cbills. I have had a lot of time to play lately.
though I did buy the big founders pack for myself, and also the elite pack for both my sons, and one of my buddies. soooooo I have spent enough money on this game PGI should be sending me a Christmas card at least. we'll see who is on the naughty or nice list this year!
