A lot of classic D&D, Car Wars, and all my BattleTech stuff.
I recently repurchased the BattleTech stuff because of Catalyst getting the rights to publish the FASA stuff. The 25th anniversary box set from Amazon is pretty killer; plastic miniatures instead of cardboard cutouts with stands!

So what could I say to Mom, standing so small, completely mystified, and looking heartsick in the way Moms have that had me feeling guilty for her selling all my stuffs...

That's a sad story bro...
I haven't given up on my 3025, it's got to be somewhere in my house. I can't see me leaving it behind.

Yeah, I saw that ... but the stuff SJ has put out in the last few years (ok, 20) using the IP has been ... blech.

I have the 3039 and 3050 Upgrade. They're a mixed bag if you have the originals. The 3039 includes the original 3025, revised 3025, and 3026, some slight extras (prototype Wolfhound, Mauler, Cataphract and Raven), but missing artwork for the Unseen. The text is all new, but the art is mostly of the originals.
The 3050 Upgrade is all-new 3070-era fiction and art, includes all the 'Mechs from 2750 but the Unseen are not in there at all.

You're not the first person I've heard that from. There was discussion that the rules are going to be rebalanced in the process. I've never played Car Wars so I have no idea what would need work. I got in on Ogre because I've got one of the only pocket sets. *is looking forward to the 25lb box of Ogre*

I could if I could be bothered to take the photo. But I won't bother...I've got it, and don't care about the non-believers.

The pocket boxes were the best. I had the original Car Wars, "Sunday Drivers", and "Truck Stop", then the big original boxed set ("Deluxe Edition") after that, with most of the "Uncle Albert's" catalogs.
The early '90s stuff after that was "ok" ("Boat Wars"? Really?) ... then the 2002 "reboot" was just pathetic.
