I'd start with players on your own team that you find in game, and seem like good players. No need to spam out there at the onset of each match, "Join the 1st Jorogumo... Here's our website..."

Try the Kurita TS server or the Comstar TS server. Units have had good luck recruiting from there.

At least if you recruit for there you know you will A: have players interested in House Kurita, and B: find players who already have teamspeak and may be looking for a group or some organized unit to group with on a more consistent basis.

May be interested in joining. My family are descended from the Shimazu of Kyuushu and Spider yokai do have a link to Kyuushu. Need to know more about your unit though.

Hello Sugster, our unit is laid back but we do like to play to win. I created this unit primarily I wanted like-minded players who were interested in playing the game as a team, but not straying from having fun. Recruiting has been slow upon recently, I do try to advertise every game, most of the time I get negative responses, so I've stuck with a more humble approach and let those who are interested in joining a unit do just that. Thank you for the response but I've decided to leave MWO behind for the time being, it's just far too grabby for my taste now, I'd rather play anything else.

I agree that the game is in a somewhat "delicate" state. Take a break and come back with renewed vigor.
The Dragon needs quality units such as yours.
