But I can't vote. Too many good mechs. I'd rather let devs pick.

I added all the mechs in the pool. If there is another thread as complete as this one, sure, I can delete it.

Heavy Mechs:
Quickdraw. For 3049 it's a multi tasking workhorse mech. Some LRM's. some SRM's some lasers, and the heat sinks and speed to use them all.
Jagermech. A Mech designed in honor of All Star Hocky Player, Jaromir Jager. Who can't love that? Plus it is non-traditional firesupport for a Mechwarrior game.
Axman. When I was a kid I though the powerplant my dad worked at built these. Average speed for a heavy of the time, plus jump jets, and incredible short range damage potental. If I need to city fight, this is my ride.
Caesar. A little armor light, but man can it own with its weapons mix. Gauss PPC OP goodness.
Cataphract. The Cesaer's weird dad. Still a good mech for its time, and this is its time.
Guillotine. Great line mech, versitle and it can alpha strike almost constantly. Add above average armor and jump jets. This one is a must have for any heavy formation.
Grasshopper. If you can't have a Guillotine, get this bad boy. Slightly different weapons, other than that its the same.
Orion. A very solid mech even before the lost tech renisance that restored it to Star Leauge glory. A little ammo dependant, but with the weapons it has that should not hurt you.

No thanks!
Out of respect for its fans, the Warhammer should be on that list, too. I don't care if they're unseen, reseen, deseen, antiseen, anteseen, blueseen, or redseen. Not having them on the poll is just ignorant.

You won't drop the bone, right?

I loved them too, but the unseen are gone. Get over it.
PS: I played almost every game in the BT universe for the last 18 years. I still play TT and I can talk hours about the subject - don't call me ignorant.

I really DO want a Black Knight, however so far I have YET to see enough 'Mechs with Jump Jets that really make me excited.
The Grasshopper is an iconic 'Mech (IMO) and mounts a balanced weapon load out and is nicely maneauverable for a Heavy 'Mech in this time period.
Also, I think the PGI art team, could turn this design into something amazing!
