Any of the Unseen heavies, though a Crusader would make me real happy. In time, a Falconer, or Caesar, or God forbid, a Penetrator...

It's unfortunate that the developers either don't care to, or can't find a way to include the unseen 'mechs. For those of us who have played for a long, long time, who owned one of the original box sets these were at times the only 'mechs really available to us to play with. If this turns out to be a good game I'll love it all the same, but it's kind of disappointing to not see these 'Mechs in the game (even if they're visually redesigned).

While we're dreaming I wouldn't want to leave out the Nova Cat. Love me some Nova Cat!

I think I'd be partial to the Orion. Bet it would prove a flexible base to build different load-outs around.

I have to agree that we need a battleline brawler as the next heavy. Barring the unseen because they are unseen and the Axeman because they don't have physical combat worked out yet. I would like to see the Caesar/Cataphract or the Grasshopper as the next heavy. The Caesar/Cataphract brings a lot of firepower and a cool look. The Grasshopper brings maneuverability and heavy armor. I could see any of those three mechs being fun to drive.

Heavy? Flashman and Black Knight. Either'd be fine for me.

Assault? Banshee and Zeus for me.

I have to agree with a couple people, the Orion would be a really good addition with a lot of flexibility. Since we have a Catapult already, another missile boat is not needed, plus the 'pult satisfies those who don't like humanoid mechs. That would leave us with the Catapult (65 tons), Dragon (60 tons) and the Orion (75 tons) with no unseen and two non-humanoid. Good mix in my mind. If we get more, then we look toward Gauss and PPC boats.

I'd like to see the Orion, which I strongly suspect is the last slot for the heavy catagory; it currently lacks a stand-and-deliver battler, and one of the few others from this era that fit that bill is the Cataphract, a mech you won't find outside of Cappie or FedCom hands (and won't find much in FedCom hands once they ruin the assembly line to manufacture the Caesar). I would like to see the Cataphract, though.

Would love to pilot the Black Knight. In a few years I would like to see the Penetrator or Gallowglas added.

Whammy (Warhammer), Orion, Black Knight are all good...and most everybody likes Marauder.

I would have to put my money on the Orion, Marauder and Rifleman for the IS 'mechs. For the clan invasion however I would really love to get behind the controls of a Cauldron Born/Ebon Jaguar, the Born is really a stunty dwarf in 'mech form and I prefer it a whole lot more than a Loki/Hellbringer.

Cauldron Born/Ebon Jaguar...there's an urban warfare bruiser for sure! I still like Loki better on more open maps though.

What....no love for the Quickdraw?!? :D Only drawback that I see is the rear firing meds, which I don't think MWO will have the capacity to use.

Warhammer, Rifleman, and the Archer. These are classic unseen I remember best from BT 2nd edition.
