This is pretty basic, the description says 10%, but the actual value is 7.5%. I hear there may also be some issues regarding the "Mastery" double bonus (i.e. the bonus not applying correctly).

This is most likely a bug, not sure where to put this, seeing as I can't put up a new topic in "Known Issues", so I thought I'd put it here. Please don't hate me.

No hate here, your 100% Correct. It only gives 7.5%, got it on a Hunchback and an Awesome. Neither is as fast as they should be, according to the tooltip.
