If possible, I'd love to see ALL the changes; even ones that are deemed technical, just put into laymen's terms.

For example, in the previous patch, you guys fixed the Elite Tier Speed Tweak operating at 7.5% to properly at 10%, but there was no note of it.

Would love to see a more thorough patch note, if possible.
