so you would rather use a macro or manually undo all your weapon groups do unjam it.
Its fine learn to single fire or chain if you have 2

He's firing prematurely. It's a blow to any mans ego and it's probably causing this incredible level of irritability.

The Devs have already said they don't like the jam-fixing gameplay mechanism, and may eventually change it. Most likely to a simple lockout timer. Ultra AC weapons will always have a good chance of jamming, however.

But right now they have other things to worry about. The Dev team is tiny.

They already fixed the jam mechanic, now it *is* a simple timer. Rex dislikes the current sensitivity of the jamming.

AC/5 and UAC/5 shoot a round that is more than twice the size, of course it has a lower RoF than the AC/2.

For **** sake;

1. They jam in Chain fire mode.
2. They are tempremantal in single fire mode, because they fire too fast.
3. I never in my life used a macro for any game. I didn't know they even existed until I was accused of it. I manually unjammed my weapon by cycling the grouping. The key here is that they had a lower RoF, thus making them more reliable to single fire. Holding the button down would eventually initiate a double fire, but not at the mechine gun rate they are at now..

Screw the jamming rate, decrease the RoF! Keep the Jamming rate! With the lower RoF you can reliabley single fire the weapon!

You suck with ballistics, we get it. Stop making threads about it, please.

It is not the ROF that is causing it to jam, it is that there is no cooldown before you can fire your second shot. All they need to do is put in a very short cooldown on it, say .1 second, that will aloow people with a heavy finger enough time to let off the trigger and reduce the instances of unintentional jams due to an accidental double tap attempt.

Am I really going to have to post a video of me shooting 75 rounds from a single UAC5, without jamming it, just to shut you up?

Or would you keep complaining and make it all wasted effort?

IMO they should lower the jam rate to something like 2.7% and have it to where if it jams it stays jammed.

People like the jamming rate because it makes them feel skillzed!

Decrease RoF - nuff said.

Make sure you include your effectiveness in battle at the same time when mkaing said video.

Mind you, I was able to do this too, once... Before the weapon was turned into a useless POS...

If they like the Jamming Rate they should wait until RACs, as is UAC completely invalidates RAC. I prefer the MW4 firerate as well.

Yes, full lances of Daishi's standing on either side of a hill, using jump jets to pop up and alpha strike over, and over, and over, made for a rousing multiplayer gaming experience.

2 threads about the same thing?

Maybe someone stocked up on UAC/5 ammo and guns the day it was OP. Now that its in a good place, its too unreasonable to use a balanced weapon, so lets complain.

Thats the UAC's gimmick. Single shots and no jam, dual shots and at the mercy of RnG. If you use single shots, it still has a slight adv over AC5, but not tremendous. This means BOTH ac5 and UAC5 have a place in the arsenal. If you live Las Vegas on the edge, you get some extra DPS outta it.

Maybe a third thread will get them to non-jams and 0.5s cooldowns?

Why don't you just run a few matches with some of your detractors to prove them wrong, Rex? It will be educational and fun for all, I'm sure.

I'm fairly certain I'd have no problem outdamaging and outscoring you with my UAC5-only Ilya, in whatever you choose to run, and I'm pretty terrible at this game.
