Anyone using SLI for MW:O or is it not functioning well and better left off right now?

NVIDIA's SLI technology requires a profile to exist before a game can utilize it. Since WM:O is still in the beta stage it's highly likely that there is no SLI profile available. You'll have to wait for game launch to fully utilize NVIDIA features like SLI, Surround, and 3DVision.
